House Rules for Shared Property (Room #2) 🕰️ Quiet Hours Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM in all areas. Please avoid loud conversations, music, or TV volume during this time. Be respectful of other guests and your hosts. 👥 Guest Policy Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No visitors without prior approval. You may not book on behalf of someone else. The person booking must be staying. This room is designed for 1–2 guests max. (confirm max occupancy in listing settings). 🚭 Smoking & Substances No smoking or vaping inside the house or room. A smoking area may be designated outside — check with your host. No illegal substances of any kind on the premises. 🧹 Cleanliness & Shared Spaces Please clean up after yourself in shared spaces (kitchen, bathroom, living room). Wash dishes and wipe surfaces after using the kitchen. Leave shared areas as you found them for others to enjoy. 🛁 Bathroom Use This room shares a bathroom with the hosts. Please be considerate of time and hygiene. No long showers during peak hours (7:00–9:00 AM). Always leave the bathroom clean and tidy after use. 🏠 Respect for the Home Treat the space as if it were your own. No parties, events, or loud gatherings. Don’t move furniture or use personal items that belong to the hosts. 🐾 Pets No pets allowed, even for visits. Our home must remain allergy-friendly for future guests. 🔥 Safety No open flames, candles, or incense inside the room. Turn off appliances after use (e.g., stove, oven, heater). Lock doors when leaving and at night for everyone’s security. 📷 Security & Privacy There may be security cameras in common exterior areas for safety (never inside).
