👤 Bookings & Guest Responsibility Only guests 25 years or older may book. A valid government-issued ID is required before check-in. The main guest must be present during the entire stay. Third-party bookings are not allowed. All guests must be registered in advance. No unregistered visitors are allowed without prior authorization. 👥 Maximum Occupancy The property has a strict maximum occupancy of 16 people, including infants and children. No additional visitors or parties are allowed. Exceeding the maximum occupancy will result in immediate cancellation without refund. 🔊 Noise & Respect for Neighbors Quiet hours: 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. (Sunday to Thursday), and 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. (Friday and Saturday). No outdoor speakers or noise above 80 dB at any time. Loud music or disruptive noise that disturbs neighbors is strictly prohibited. Yelling, outdoor gatherings with loud conversation, or amplified sound are not allowed. 🎉 Parties & Events No parties, events, or gatherings with unregistered guests are allowed. Weddings, birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette parties or similar events are strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction with no refund. 🚘 Parking A maximum of 6 vehicles is allowed. Only park in designated spots. Do not block driveways, sidewalks, or public areas. Additional vehicles may be towed at the guest’s expense. 🚭 No Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. If you smoke, do so only in designated outdoor areas and use ashtrays. A $1000 USD cleaning fee will be charged if smoking (including tobacco or marijuana) is detected indoors. 🐶 Pets No pets Allowed 🗑️ Cleanliness & Trash Please keep the home in good condition. Do not leave trash outside. Use designated bins and follow collection days.
