To ensure a pleasant, safe, and respectful stay for everyone, please review and follow these house rules: 👥 Guest Capacity Policy The number of guests allowed is strictly limited to those listed in the reservation. 🚫 No additional guests are allowed to stay overnight or spend extended time at the property. 🏙️ This policy is enforced in accordance with local city regulations and must be respected at all times. 📹 For everyone’s safety, the exterior of the property is monitored by security cameras. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and comfortable environment 🙏 🔥 BBQ Grill Rules For your safety and to protect the property, please follow these rules when using the BBQ grill: 🚫 Do not use any flammable liquids, as the grill operates with gas. 🚫 Do not move the propane tank. If a tank replacement is needed, please contact us and we will assist you. 🚫 Do not move the grill outside the designated concrete area. 🚫 Do not place the grill near the hot tub or outdoor furniture, as this poses a fire and safety risk. Improper use of the BBQ grill may result in additional charges for damages or extra cleaning. 💦 Hot Tub Rules To keep the hot tub clean, safe, and in proper working condition, please follow these guidelines: 🚫 No glass items are allowed in or around the hot tub. ⚠️ If glass is broken, a $400 USD cleaning fee will be charged, as the internal system and filters must be professionally cleaned. 👥 Maximum of 6 people at a time in the hot tub. 🚫 No electronic devices (phones, speakers, tablets, etc.) in or near the hot tub. 🚫 Do not use soaps, shampoos, bubble bath, or any liquids to create foam, as these will damage the hot tub system and internal mechanisms. Failure to follow these rules may result in additional cleaning or repair charges. 🚭 Smoking Policy Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. ⚠️ For safety reasons, please stay away from the firepit and BBQ while smoking, as these operate with propane gas. 🔇 Noise & Quiet Hours No loud noises after 10:00 PM. Please respect our neighbors at all times. 🚫 No music, parties, or group activities are allowed after 10:00 PM. This is a family-friendly and quiet residential area, not a party house. 🌊 Pool & Outdoor Area Guidelines Please keep the door to the pool/outdoor area closed at all times during your stay. When checking out, make sure the door is properly closed to help maintain indoor temperature and energy efficiency. 🚗 Parking Rules Parking is allowed only in the designated parking areas. 🚫 Do not park on the sidewalk. 🚫 Do not block the garden gate or any access points. 🚗 Please park directly in front of the house, within the designated space. 🧹 General Care of the Home Please treat the home with care and respect: If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. If you break it, report it immediately. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up.
